Yan Xishan's a ten-year plan of the politics construction in Shanxi province included politics,economy,and civilization,but the province-owned economy was developing the most protrudingly,among which included founding four banks,preparing material object and warehouse,building Tong-pu railway,and establishing northwest industry and commercial corporationies,etc.
