基于人体工程学的儿童餐椅调研分析

Research and Analysis of Children’s Dining Chairs Based on Ergonomics

文章以儿童家具中的儿童餐椅为切入点,对现有市场上的十款热卖产品的结构、尺寸以及功能性进行实地调研分析,再结合人体工程学的相关理论对产品造型结构、比例尺度、材料工艺、色彩、多功能性等进行安全性方面的设计分析。根据分析得出:目前我国市场上儿童餐椅大概分为功能型、实用型和便携型,比例尺度上大都能满足基本的使用要求,但有些调研产品在多功能性和色彩方面上基于人体工程学的设计考虑还不够全面。该文章通过对调研产品各个方面的分析总结,希望能够对我国儿童餐椅的设计提供新的方向以及消费者在产品选购上起到积极的导向作用。

Starting from children’s chairs, this paper studies and analyzes the structure, size, and function of ten hot sellers on the market to conduct a safety design analysis on them based on ergonomics. The analysis mainly focuses on their structure, size scales, material technologies, color, and multi-function. We have found that: the children’s dining chairs in the current Chinese market can be divided into three types, functional, practical, and portable, and most of them can meet the basic requirements on the size scale. However, some of the products lack comprehensive consideration about versatility and color design that based on ergonomic. Through the analysis and summary of various aspects of the researched products, this paper hopes to provide new directions for the design of children’s dining chairs in China and plays a positive guiding role for consumers in the selection of products.
