摘要
本文以柜、桌、椅三类家具为研究对象,对不同类别家具产品的力学性能稳定性进行研究,分析家具力学性能稳定性的检测标准和检验方法,阐述不同类别家具稳定性不合格原因以及产品结构设计上存在的缺陷,并结合国家标准提出合理的改进方案,提出解决稳定性不合格问题的常用方法,为企业提高产品质量提供参考,促进家具行业健康快速发展。
This paper takes three kinds of furniture: cabinet, table, and chair as the research object to study the stability of different types of furniture. It analyzes the testing standards and methods of furniture’s stability and expounds the reasons for the unqualified stability of different types of furniture and the defects in the product structure design. Then, it puts forward reasonable improvement schemes in accordance with national standards to solve the problem of unqualified stability which will provide a reference for enterprises in improving their product quality thus promote the healthy and rapid development of the furniture industry.
