综合性治疗方法治疗口腔溃疡患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment for Oral Ulcer

目的探讨综合性治疗方法对口腔溃疡患者的治疗效果。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月来我院进行治疗的124例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。观察组采用综合治疗方法进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分为(1.05±0.22)分,对照组为(3.23±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(60/62),对照组为80.65%(50/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为9.68%(6/62),对照组为29.03%(18/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为5.00%(3/60),对照组为38.00%(19/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔溃疡患者采用综合治疗方法进行治疗能够有效提升治疗效果,降低并发症对患者的影响,降低复发率,同时改善患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment on patients with oral ulcers. Methods A total of 124 patients with oral ulcers who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment methods, and the control group patients were treated with conventional treatment methods, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was(1.05±0.22) points, and the control group was(3.23±1.05) points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%(60/62), the control group was 80.65%(50/62), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%(6/62), and the control group was 29.03%(18/62), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.00%(3/60), and the control group was 38.00%(19/50), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment for oral ulcer patients can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the impact of complications on the patient, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the pain level of the patient.
