三联疗法联合注射用泮托拉唑钠对急慢性胃炎的治疗效果

Effect of Triple Therapy Combined with Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection on Acute and Chronic Gastritis

目的分析急慢性胃炎疾病患者治疗需求,评价三联疗法联合注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗急慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2019年5月至2020年1月诊治的80例急慢性胃炎患者,以1∶1比例法进行对照组、联合组分组治疗。对照组(n=40)患者采取克拉霉素、阿莫西林胶囊、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片三联治疗;在对照组的基础上,联合组(n=40)患者采用注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗。结果就治疗总有效率比较,联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);就嗳气、疼痛以及反酸等症状缓解时间比较,联合组用时比对照组更短(均P<0.05);就治疗后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、生活质量量表(GQOL-74)评分比较,联合组均优于对照组,且优于治疗前(均P<0.05);就用药不良反应比较,两组患者均无明显不良反应表现。结论三联疗法联合注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗急慢性胃炎可以促进患者症状缓解,从而平稳患者情绪、提高生活质量和治疗预后。

Objective To analyze the treatment needs of patients with acute and chronic gastritis, and to evaluate the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with pantoprazole sodium for injection in the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis. Methods Eighty patients with acute and chronic gastritis in our hospital from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and combination group by 1∶1 ratio. Patients in the control group(n=40) were treated with clarithromycin, amoxicillin capsules, and rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, on the basis of the control group, patients in the combination group(n=40) were treated with pantoprazole sodium for injection. Results Compared with the total effective rate of treatment of control group, the total effective rate of the combination group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the relief time of belching, pain, and acid reflux of control group, the combination group took shorter time(P<0.05);after treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), and Quality of Life Scale(GQOL-74) scores were compared, the combination group was better than the control group and better than before treatment(all P<0.05);in terms of adverse drug reactions, there was no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Triple therapy combined with pantoprazole sodium for injection can promote the relief of symptoms in patients with acute and chronic gastritis, thereby stabilizing the patient’s mood, improving the quality of life and the prognosis of treatment.
