阿昔洛韦联合贝复舒治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

Efficacy of Acyclovir Combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibrolast Growth Factor in the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis and its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的分析阿昔洛韦联合贝复舒治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取本院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的100例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例。研究组给予阿昔洛韦联合贝复舒治疗,对照组给予单纯阿昔洛韦治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及血清炎性因子的变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的IL-2、IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合贝复舒治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的效果显著,在改善血清炎性因子方面有积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of acyclovir combined with recombinant bovine basic fibrolast growth factor in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors. Methods Selected 100 patients with herpes simplex keratitis admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The study group was given acyclovir combined with recombinant bovine basic fibrolast growth factor, and the control group was given acyclovir alone. The therapeutic effect of herpes simplex keratitis and the changes of serum inflammatory factors after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ of the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-4, IL-6, and IL-8 were low in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acyclovir combined with recombinant bovine basic fibrolast growth factor has a positive effect on the treatment efficacy and changes of serum inflammatory factors in patients with herpes simplex keratitis.
