布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的探讨为新生儿肺炎患儿实施布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年9月医院收治的84例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分为两组,每组42例,对照组行单纯氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,研究组行布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、持续住院时间、咳嗽症状消失时间、肺啰音症状消失时间及气促症状消失时间。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的持续住院时间、咳嗽症状消失时间、肺啰音症状消失时间以及气促症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为新生儿肺炎患儿实施布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的效果较好,有助于快速改善患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 84 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple ambroxol atomization inhalation, and the study group was treated with budesonide combined with ambroxol atomization inhalation. The effective rate, continuous hospital stay, disappearance time of cough symptoms, disappearance time of pulmonary rales symptoms and disappearance time of shortness of breath symptoms of the two groups were compared time. Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The duration of hospital stay, cough symptom disappearance time, pulmonary rales symptom disappearance time and shortness of breath symptom disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol aerosol Inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is better, which is helpful to quickly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the hospital stay.
