奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Ornidazole Mixture in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

目的关于奥硝唑合剂对牙体牙髓病的治疗效果分析。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月我院治疗的108例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,均54例,分别对两组患者选择奥硝唑合剂和常规的填充剂进行根管填充治疗,比较两种不同药物的效果。结果观察组暂时封存有效率明显高于对照组(87.04%vs. 70.37%),永久性填充有效率明显高于对照组(92.59%vs. 72.22%),不良反应发生率(9.26%vs. 24.07%)和复发率(6.00%vs. 28.21%)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病可以有效提升患者的暂时封存有效率和永久性填充有效率,对减少患者不良反应发生率,降低复发率具有重要意义。

Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect of ornidazole mixture on dental pulp disease. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 108 patients were treated in our hospital, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. Ornidazole mixture and conventional filling agent were selected for root canal filling treatment in the two groups, and the effects of two different drugs were compared. Results The effective rate of temporary storage in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.04% vs. 70.37%), the effective rate of permanent filling was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.59% vs. 72.22%), and the incidence of adverse reactions(9.26% vs. 24.07%) and the recurrence rate(6.00% vs. 28.21%) was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ornidazole mixture in the treatment of dental pulp disease can effectively improve the temporary efficiency and permanent efficiency of patients. It is great significance to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the recurrence rate.
