米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Milrinone in the Treatment of Patients with Refractory Heart Failure

目的探讨米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年3月我院收治的顽固性心力衰竭患者38例作为观察组,另选同时期来我院治疗的顽固性心力衰竭患者38例作为对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方案进行治疗,观察组在此基础上应用米力农治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的73.68%,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为2.63%,低于对照组的7.89%,P<0.05;观察组心排血量和左室射血分数明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者可有效帮助患者提升治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,同时帮助患者改善临床症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of milrinone on the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods Thirty-eight patients with tefractory heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 38 patients with refractory heart failure who came to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group, and the control group was treated with conventional treatment plan, and the observation group was treated with milrinone on control group, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%, which was higher than in the control group(73.68%), P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.63%, which was lower than in the control group(7.89%), P<0.05;The cardiac output and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Milrinone treatment of patients with refractory heart failure can effectively help patients improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and help patients improve their clinical symptoms.
