血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白检验在呼吸系统感染患者治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Serum Procalcitonin and C-reactive Protein Test in the Treatment of Patients with Respiratory Infection

目的分析呼吸系统感染患者接受血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白检验对疾病治疗的效果。方法选择本院2018年4月至2019年4月接收并治疗呼吸系统感染患者50例为观察组,选择同一时期在本院接受体检的健康成年人50名为对照组,对比分析两组研究对象血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平。结果两组接受相同检测方法后,其临床检测结果差异明显。其中观察组呼吸系统感染患者血清降钙素原水平以及C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组,且两组对比差异具有统计学含义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白于患者疾病检验中效果显著,能够准确诊断呼吸系统感染患者疾病发展趋势,掌握感染严重情况,对疾病治疗方案的制定具有重要的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of procalcitonin test and C-reactive protein test on patients with respiratory infection. Methods Fifty patients with respiratory infection received and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy adults who received physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The serum levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the two groups received the same test method, the clinical test results were significantly different. The levels of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in patients with respiratory infection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in patients’ disease test has a significant effect. It can accurately diagnose the disease development trend of patients with respiratory system infection, master the severity of infection, and has an important value for the formulation of disease treatment plan.
