自拟肾炎汤治疗脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Self-made Nephritis Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis of Spleen Failure

目的探讨自拟肾炎汤治疗脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法 2017年1月至2018年12月,纳入我院100例脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎患者。随机数字表法分组,常规药物治疗组(n=50)选择常规药物治疗,自拟肾炎汤辅助组(n=50)选择常规药物加上自拟肾炎汤治疗,比对两组治疗疗效。结果自拟肾炎汤辅助组总有效率、平均住院的时间、炎症控制时间、肾功能指标的改善时间、血清尿素及肌酐水平、并发症发生率均优于常规药物治疗组,均P<0.05。结论常规药物加上自拟肾炎汤治疗脾失健运型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made nephritis decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen failure. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of splenic failure were enrolled in our hospital. Random number table method was used for grouping. The conventional medicine treatment group(n=50) chose conventional medicine treatment, and the self-made nephritis decoction adjuvant group(n=50) chose conventional medicine plus self-made nephritis decoction treatment to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate, average hospitalization time, inflammation control time, renal function index improvement time, serum urea and creatinine levels, and the incidence of complications in the self-made nephritis decoction adjuvant group were better than those in the conventional drug treatment group, all P<0.05. Conclusion Conventional medicine plus self-made nephritis decoction has a definite effect on chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen failure.
