舒适护理在蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Care in Blue Light Therapy for Neonatal Jaundice

目的探究蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸患儿采用舒适护理的临床效果。方法于2017年4月至2019年6月这一期间,选取本院82例进行蓝光治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿,并按照双盲法分为两组,对比组(n=41)实施常规护理,试验组(n=41)实施舒适护理,并对两组患儿的哭闹次数、体质量增加值、黄疸下降值、安静睡眠时间、血清胆红素水平与家长满意度进行对比。结果试验组患儿哭闹次数少于对比组,体质量增加值、黄疸下降值、安静睡眠时间高于对比组(P<0.05);护理后两组患儿血清胆红素水平比护理前低,且试验组患儿血清胆红素水平显著低于对比组(P<0.05);试验组患儿家长护理满意度97.56%,高于对比组的80.49%(P<0.05)。结论蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸患儿采用舒适护理,可改善黄疸症状,降低血清胆红素水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable care in the treatment of neonatal jaundice by blue light. Methods From April 2017 to June 2019, 82 cases of neonatal jaundice treated by blue light in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method. The control group(n=41) received routine care while the test group(n=41) received comfort care. The crying frequency, weight gain, jaundice decline value, quiet sleep time, serum bilirubin level and parents’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The number of crying frequency in the test group was less than that in the control group, and the increase in body weight, decreased value of jaundice, and quiet sleep time were higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the serum bilirubin levels of the two groups of children after nursing were lower than before. And the serum bilirubin level of the children in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the parents of the children in the test group had 97.56% nursing satisfaction, which was higher than 80.49% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice in children with comfortable care can improve the symptoms of jaundice and reduce the serum bilirubin level.
