优质护理改善脑血栓患者预后的效果研究

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Improving the Prognosis of Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析优质护理在改善脑血栓患者预后方面的效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年4月到我院治疗的88例脑出血患者分为观察组和对照组,均为44例,分别应用优质护理和常规护理,评价两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为90.91%(40/44),高于对照组的77.27%(34/44),P<0.05;观察组患者并发症发生率为9.09%(4/44),低于对照组的29.55%(13/44),P<0.05;观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NISHH)评分、Barthel指数、血管内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑血栓患者应用优质护理进行干预能够有效提升治疗总有效率,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者的相关指标,促进患者预后效果的改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing care in improving the prognosis of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods The 88 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2018 to April 2019 were divided into observation group and control group, both of which were 44 cases. They were treated with high-quality nursing and routine nursing, respectively, to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.91%(40/44), which was higher than in the control group [77.27%(34/44)], P<0.05;the complication rate in the observation group was 9.09%(4/44), lower than the control group’s 29.55%(13/44), P<0.05;the observation group’s National Institute of Health stroke scale(NISHH) score, Barthel index, intima-media thickness(IMT), plaque area, and SelfRating Anxiety Scale(SAS) scores were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with cerebral thrombosis can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the relevant indicators of the patient, and promote the improvement of the patient’s prognosis.
