综合护理干预在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Asthenia

目的统计综合护理干预在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的效果。方法将2018年2月至2020年2月来我院分娩的高危宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇(260例)设为本文的研究组成员,以随机(抽签法)方法分为观察组(n=130)和对照组(n=130)。分别对两组产妇实施综合护理和常规护理,比较两组产妇宫缩乏力性产后出血的发生率、止血时间和产后24 h出血量。结果 (1)经护理后,观察组宫缩乏力性产后出血发生率为26.92%(35例),明显低于对照组的64.62%(84例),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组的止血时间明显比对照组短,产后24 h内出血量明显比对照组少,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇通过综合护理干预进行指导,能够有效降低产后出血的发生率,缩短止血时间,减少产后24 h内出血量,是有效的护理方法。

Objective To calculate the effect of comprehensive nursing application in preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia. Methods The women with high risk of uterine attenuation and postpartum hemorrhage(260 cases) who came to our hospital for delivery from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as members of the research group in this article. They were divided into the observation group(n=130) and the control group(n=130) by random(lottery method). The two groups of parturients were treated with comprehensive nursing and routine nursing respectively, and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia, bleeding time and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results(1)After nursing, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction in the observation group was 26.92%(35 cases), which was significantly lower than 64.62%(84 cases) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the bleeding volume within 24 hours after delivery was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the parturients with high risk uterine attenuation and postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the time of hemostasis, and reduce the amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery. It is effective nursing method.
