针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用价值

Value of Targeted Nursing in Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的探究针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者中的效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年3月本院收治的82例慢性胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组41例,对照组开展一般护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展针对性护理,分析两种护理方案对遵医行为、生活质量、护理满意度、睡眠质量的影响。结果试验组患者的总遵医率、总护理满意度、护理后的PSQI评分、SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者的效果较好,有助于提升高患者的遵医行为与护理满意度,并改善其睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods Selection in February 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital treated 82 cases of chronic gastric ulcer patients, according to random number table method was divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 41 cases, control group to carry out the general nursing, patients in the control group on the basis of targeted nursing, analysis of two kinds of nursing plan according to the medical behavior, quality of life, satisfaction with care, the effects of sleep quality. Results The total compliance rate, total nursing satisfaction, PSQI score after nursing, and SF-36 score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer has a good effect, which is helpful to improve patients’ compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction, and improve their sleep quality and life quality.
