老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的综合护理效果

Comprehensive Nursing Effect of Senile Cor Pulmonale Combined with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的综合护理效果。方法选取本院2019年7月至2020年3月接收的60例老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者,根据单双病历编号分为对照组和试验组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用综合护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的QOL评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者QOL评分较护理前有所提高,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行综合护理的效果显著,能有效提高其生存质量,预防多种并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure received in our hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to single and double disease numbers, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing, the effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, the QOL scores of the two groups were no different(P<0.05). After nursing, the QOL scores of all patients were improved, significantly higher than those before nursing, and the experimental group was also significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of senile cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the quality of life and help to prevent and treat various complications.
