综合护理在血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Pruritus in Uremic Patients with Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis

目的探究综合护理在血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的98例采用血液灌流串联血液透析治疗皮肤瘙痒的尿毒症患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组49例,试验组应用综合护理干预,对照组应用常规护理干预,比较两组的皮肤瘙痒治疗效果。结果试验组的瘙痒缓解率为79.59%,显著高于对照组的59.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的总满意度为97.96%,显著高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对尿毒症患者应用血液灌流串联血液透析的尿毒症患者采用综合护理干预,有利于改善患者的皮肤瘙痒症状,提升患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pruritus in uremic patients with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis. Methods A total of 98 uremic patients with pruritus treated by hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in series in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, each with 49 cases. The experimental group applied comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group applied conventional nursing intervention, to compare the treatment effects of skin itching between the two groups. Results The relief rate of pruritus in the experimental group was 79.59%, significantly higher than that in the control group(59.18%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.96%, significantly higher than that of the control group(75.51%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for uremic patients with hemoperfusion and serial hemodialysis can improve their skin pruritus, improve their satisfaction.
