Nursing Measures and Effects of Senile Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia

目的研讨分析老年冠心病心律失常的护理措施及应用效果。方法随机选取本院2017年9月至2019年6月收治的96例老年冠心病心律失常患者,分为48例试验组和48例对照组,对照组行常规护理,试验组行整体护理,对比两组患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果试验组情感功能、精神状况、躯体疼痛及总体健康评分明显高于对照组;试验组患者护理总满意度为97.92%,高于对照组的72.92%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预老年冠心病心律失常患者,效果显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量,改善预后,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To discuss and analyze the nursing measures and application effects of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods Randomly selected 96 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to June 2019, and divided them into experimental groups(n=48) and control groups(n=48). The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received holistic nursing. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of emotional function, mental state, physical pain and overall health in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.92%, which was higher than that of the control group(72.92%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia has a significant effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve the prognosis, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
