循证护理在预防肿瘤患者化疗药物外渗中的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Preventing Extravasation of Chemotherapeutic Drugs in Cancer Patients

目的探讨循证护理在预防肿瘤患者化疗药物外渗中的应用价值。方法以肿瘤患者100例为对象,研究时间是2018年2月至2020年2月,分为参照组50例与研究组50例,参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,对比两组患者护理效果,进行统计学分析。结果研究组胃肠道反应发生率明显更低,P<0.05。研究组患者化疗药物外渗发生率低于参照组,P<0.05。结论肿瘤患者在化疗中实施循证护理,可有效降低药物外渗发生率,预防胃肠道反应,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in preventing extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs in cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with cancer were divided into reference group(50 cases) and study group(50 cases) from February 2018 to February 2020. The reference group received routine nursing, and the study group received evidence-based nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed statistically. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal tract reaction was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05). The incidence of chemotherapeutic extravasation in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidencebased nursing in chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of drug extravasation, prevent gastrointestinal reactions, and has significant nursing effect.
