早期康复护理对ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者的影响分析

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with ICU Respiratory Failure and Invasive Mechanical Ventilation

目的研究早期康复护理对ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者的影响。方法累计在2017年4月至2019年4月抽取ICU呼吸衰竭患者80例,划分为对照组和观察组,对照组内患者接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用早期康复护理,对两组患者的机械通气时间、ICU病房内停留时间、生活质量、护理满意度以及并发症和不良事件发生率进行统计,对比分析干预效果。结果观察组患者所需机械通气治疗时间、ICU病房内停留时间均明显低于对照组,日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对早期康复护理的满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率及不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICU呼吸衰竭患者接受有创机械通气治疗的过程中落实早期康复护理能够有效缩短机械通气治疗时间,对于提升预后效果,促进患者的身体恢复具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on ICU patients with respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods Eighty patients with ICU respiratory failure were selected from April 2017 to April 2019,it was divided into control group and observation group,after routine nursing in the control group,the observation group added early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and counted the mechanical ventilation time,stay time in the ICU ward,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications and adverse events in the two groups.Comparative analysis of intervention effects.Results The mechanical ventilation treatment time and the staying time in the ICU ward of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the daily living ability score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction with early rehabilitation care was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications and adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing ICU patients with respiratory failure can effectively shorten the treatment time of mechanical ventilation,to improve the prognosis,it is of great significance to promote the patient’s physical recovery.
