疫情期间食品专业课程线上教学探索与创新——以《食品营养与安全》为例 被引量:2

摘要 在疫情危机下,根据食品专业基础课程《食品营养与安全》特点,结合授课学生情况,利用QQ群、智慧树、课堂派、腾讯会议等网络平台,通过直播授课、案例分析、网络学习、综合评价等多元化方法,开展线上教学探索与创新。经过师生共同努力,线上教学基本上达到了目标,学生考核成绩优良,但在教学方法、课堂气氛等方面还需要进一步的改进。 Under the epidemic crisis,according to the characteristics of Food Nutrition and Safety,which is the basic course of food major,combined with the situation of teaching students,live teaching,case analysis,online learning,comprehensive evaluation and other means were carried out for the online teaching exploration and innovation through network platforms(i.e.QQ group,CCTV Zhihuishu,Ketangpai,Tencent meeting).Through the joint efforts of teachers and students,the goal was basically reached,and the assessment results of students were excellent,but further improvements are needed,such as teaching methods,classroom atmosphere.
