柔性带压堵漏技术在城市燃气管道泄漏抢修中的应用

Application of Flexible Pressure Plugging Technology in Urban Gas Pipeline Leakage Emergency Repair

城市燃气管道在服役过程中泄漏穿孔时有发生,在不能停气的情况下无法采用换管的方式进行现场抢修,因此带压堵漏技术在管道泄漏现场抢修中应用较为广泛。文章通过对目前常用的几种带压堵漏技术的对比分析,详细阐述了柔性带压堵漏技术的原理、特点以及成效,分析了柔性带压堵漏技术在城市燃气管道泄漏抢修应用的可行性。

Leakage and perforation occur frequently in the service process of urban gas pipeline,and in the case of gas cannot be stopped,pipe replacement cannot be used for on-site repair.Therefore,pressure plugging technology is widely used in the on-site repair of pipeline leakage.Based on the comparison and analysis of several commonly used techniques,this paper expounds in detail the principle,characteristics and effects of flexible belt plugging technology,and analyzes the feasibility of the application of flexible belt plugging technology in the emergency repair of urban gas pipeline leakage.
