海上平台仪表安装调试质量控制的策略

Strategy Analysis of Quality Control for Installation and Commissioning of Instruments on Offshore Platform

随着科学技术文化的发展,中国在海上平台的建设规模与数量也日益增多。海上平台在建设过程中,仪器的安装与调试工作是极为重要的环节之一,该环节对海上平台的安全运行有着重要的影响。因此为了提高海上平台在仪表调试与安装过程中的质量水准,就需要采用科学合理的质量控制体系规范海上平台仪表安装调试过程。文章首先探讨了海上平台仪表安装调试项目的基本概述及具体影响因素,再通过分析现阶段海上平台在仪表安装调试过程中存在的问题,并结合实际情况,提出了提高海上平台仪表安装调试工作质量的具体措施。

With the development of Science,technology and culture in China,the construction scale and quantity of offshore platforms in China are increasing day by day,this link has an important influence on the safe operation of offshore platform.Therefore,in order to improve the quality level of offshore platform in the process of instrument debugging and installation,it is necessary to adopt scientif ic and reasonable quality control system to standardize the installation and commissioning process of offshore platform instruments.In this paper,f irst of all,the basic outline and specif ic influencing factors of the installation and commissioning of offshore platform instruments are discussed,and then,by analyzing the problems existing in the installation and commissioning of offshore platforms at present,and combining with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the quality of the installation and commissioning of offshore platform instruments.
