故障诊断技术在煤矿机械设备中的应用

Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology in Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment

中国国民经济的高速发展使得对煤炭的需求量越来越大,因此,煤矿开采设备是否可以高效运行对煤矿企业的发展至关重要。要保证煤矿开采机械设备的稳定运行就要对设备进行定期地故障检修,故障诊断技术在煤矿机械设备中的应用可以及时地对设备进行检测和对问题进行处理,保证开采工作的进程,减少对煤矿开采工作造成的损失。文章首先就故障诊断技术的相关内容,结合煤矿机械设备的工作特征,对故障诊断技术在机械设备中应用的重要作用进行概述;其次对煤矿机械设备中常见问题进行分析;最后通过对故障技术方法以及在设备中的实际应用进行描述,旨在提高煤矿企业开采工作效率,保证社会正常供给。

With the rapid development of China’snational economy,the demand of coal mine is increasing,so whether the mining equipment can run eff iciently or not is very important to the development of coal mine enterprises.In order to ensure the stable operation of coal mining machinery and equipment,it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance and repair of the equipment.Therefore,the application of fault diagnosis technology in coal mining machinery and equipment can detect the equipment and deal with the problems in time,ensure the process of mining work,reduce the loss caused by coal mining work.In this paper,f irstly,the related contents of fault diagnosis technology and the important role of fault diagnosis technology in mechanical equipment are summarized,combined with the working characteristics of coal mine mechanical equipment,secondly,the common problems in coal mine machinery and equipment are analyzed,and f inally,the technical methods of fault and its practical application in equipment are described in order to improve the mining eff iciency of coal mine enterprises and ensure the normal supply of society.
