With the further development of China’s chemical industry,it provides the basis for the wide application of chemical process pipeline.Based on the particularity of chemical process pipeline,we need to take appropriate measures for control.In the design and installation of chemical process pipeline,various influencing factors should be considered.Pipeline installation is a comprehensive process,involving a variety of pipeline types.Different pipelines are connected with each other and have a certain connection relationship with each other.In addition to conveying medium,there are other physical effects.There are many structural points between pipes.If the connection is not handled properly,it is easy to cause problems.Therefore,pipeline design,installation and maintenance is the content that staff need to pay attention to in their daily life.At the same time,the stability of process pipeline operation plays an important role in the continuity of chemical production.Based on this,this paper gives a detailed overview of the design,installation and maintenance of chemical process pipeline.
