运用湿法造粒生产炭黑具有污染少、高产、高效等优点,在工业生产中获得了有效应用,并发挥了显著的效果。文章对湿法造粒生产炭黑工艺及流程展开概述,并探讨湿法造粒生产炭黑工艺的有效质量控制措施。

The production of carbon black by wet granulation has many advantages,such as less pollution,high yield and high eff iciency.In this paper,the process and flow of carbon black production by wet granulation were summarized,and the effective quality control measures of the process were discussed.
