石油化工建设项目用电安全管控

摘要 石油化工建设项目风险高,有多方面因素影响着工程项目安全,致使作业人员生命安全得到了严重威胁。在石油化工建设领域,触电、高处坠落、物体打击、机械伤害、坍塌事故基本占事故总数的90%以上,触电事故伤害高居不下。因此,探讨对石油化工建设项目安全用电管控成为一项必要的课题。文章主要从石油化工建设项目临时用电的安全风险和安全管理程序的进行论述,从人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态和管理缺陷的为切入点,为石油化工建设工程用电安全提供参考。 The risk of petrochemical construction project is high.There are many factors affecting the safety of the project,resulting in a serious threat to the safety of workers.In the f ield of petrochemical construction,electric shock,falling from height,object strike,mechanical injury and collapse accidents basically account for more than 90%of the total number of accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the management and control of safe electricity use in petrochemical construction projects.This paper discusses the risk of temporary electricity use in petrochemical construction projects and the necessity of improving the safety management process of temporary electricity use.And from the unsafe state of things and unsafe behavior of people as well as the perspective of management defects to explore the risk factors.It provides a certain reference for standardizing and improving the safety management of temporary electricity in petrochemical construction projects.
