摘要 阐述了Y电容在电动汽车上的表现形式与其在国标、行标中与安全相关的设计要求,分析了其在整车电气安全方面对单点失效工况触电风险、整车绝缘电阻及绝缘监测测量精度的影响,之后针对充电工况分析了Y电容对该工况下的触电风险、充电桩端绝缘监测测量精度及大功率充电安全的影响,并给出了避免Y电容不良影响的设计建议。 In this paper,the manifestation of Y capacitor in electric vehicles and its safety design requirements in national and trade standards are described,and the influences of Y capacitor on electric shock risk in single point failure condition,insulation resistance for the whole vehicle and insulation monitoring accuracy are analyzed in the aspect of electrical safety.Then,according to the charging condition,the influence of Y capacitor on the risk of electric shock,the insulation resistance and insulation monitoring accuracy of the charging pile tip and the high-power charging safety are analyzed,and some design suggestions are presented to avoid the adverse effects of Y capacitor.
