我国大学高水平运动队的体教融合研究“:清华模式”的探索

A Study on the Integration of Sports and Education of Elite University Sports Teams in China:The Exploration of “Tsinghua Model”

高校高水平运动队是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的多元途径之一。新时代体教融合理念为高校高水平运动队的建设和发展提出了新要求。以清华大学高水平运动队所形成的"清华模式"为研究对象,梳理学术界对"清华模式"的研究,探讨"清华模式"的演变进程,分析体教结合"清华模式"的发展思路、理论指导以及问题表现,阐述新时代清华大学在高水平运动队建设方面的探索。契合了体教融合的价值理念,顺应了体教融合的发展方向,探索了体教融合的战略布局,表明"清华模式"进入体教融合阶段。体教融合作为实现体育强国的重要理念,新时代"清华模式"将会全面与体育系统进行合作,培养竞技体育后备人才。

Elite sports teams of colleges and universities are one of the diversified ways of cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports in China.The concept of integration of sports and education in the new era has put forward new requirements for the construction and development of elite sports teams in universities in new era.This paper takes the Tsinghua model as the research object,composes the research on the"Tsinghua model"in academic circles and the development history of Tsinghua competitive sports to explore the evolution of the"Tsinghua model".This paper also analyzes the development idea,theoretical guidance and existing problems of the"Tsinghua model"and elaborates on Tsinghua’s exploration of high-level sports team construction in the new era.The conclusion is that the Tsinghua model fits the value concept of integration of sports and education,responds to the development direction of integration of sports and education,explores the strategic layout of integration of sports and education,and shows that the"Tsinghua model"has entered the stage of integration of sports and education.As an important concept to achieve a leading sporting nation,the"Tsinghua model"will fully cooperate with the sports system in the new era to cultivate reserve talents for competitive sports.
