Study on the Construction of New Industrialized Building System and Prefabricated Building Integrated System

当前,我国进入高质量可持续发展阶段,以建筑产业现代化进程中新型建筑工业化生产建造方式升级转型的思考为切入点,分析国外建筑体系系统化与装配式技术集成化的发展,针对我国建筑产业现代化发展与装配式建筑体系的现状,提出了对我国装配式建筑集成系统建构与技术升级转型的建议,并展望了其未来发展方向。

Currently,China is in the stage of high-quality sustainable development.Based on the thinking of upgrading and transformation of new building industrialization production and construction mode in the process of construction industry modernization,this paper elaborates and analyzes the development of building system systematization and prefabricated technology integration in foreign countries.In view of the modernization development of construction industries in China and the practical problems of prefabricated building systems,it proposes some suggestions on the construction and technology upgrading of prefabricated building integrated systems in China,and then looks forward to the direction of its future development.
