箱式模块化建筑设计策略——以雄安市民服务中心企业临时办公区、江西省景德镇锦荣学校为例

Conceptual Desgin of Box Type Module Construction System Architecture:Taking Temporary Office Area for Enterprises at Xiong’an Civic Service Center and Jinrong School of Jingdezhen as Exanples

箱式模块化建筑,是由一个个独立的模块单元组合而成的一种建筑形式,模块单元由工厂预制,并通过交通工具运输到工地现场进行组装。箱式模块化建筑体系具有工业化、装配化、集成化、可循环利用等特点,这些特点使箱式模块化建筑体系成为了装配式建筑发展的新方向。以雄安市民服务中心企业临时办公区、江西景德镇锦荣学校的设计实践为例,介绍箱式模块化建筑在设计策略上的探索。

Box type module construction system is composed of many pre-fabricated box.Each box got the building structure,equipment pipeline,internal and external decoration in factory,and then transported to the construction site.This type of system has many superiorities include industrialization,prefabrication,integration and cyclic utilization.Therefor,it becomes a new direction of prefabricated building.This paper introduces our design strategies of box type module construction system,by the case of Temporary Office Area for Enterprises at Xiong’an Civic Service Center and Jinrong School of Jingdezhen.
