摘要
通过分析目前我国建筑工业化在开放性、灵活性,经济性及其可持续性方面的问题,聚焦济南鲁能领秀城P-2地块项目中研发采用的新型OFB住宅建筑体系,阐述其开放性、适应性和易建性的设计创新,并对我国房地产项目中首次采用的大空间框剪支撑体的主体工业化系统、干式工法ALC墙板的建筑外围护系统等技术集成特征进行分析,总结济南鲁能项目设计建设与技术实践。
In the paper,the problems of openness,flexibility,economy and sustainability of China’s building industrialization are made an analysis.Focus on the new OFB residential building system developed and adopted in Jinan Luneng Lingxiucheng P-2 plot project,the design innovation of its openness,adaptability and easy-to-build is expounded.In addition,it also analyzes the characteristics of technology integration used for the first time in real estate projects in China,such as the industrialization system of large space frame shear support,building peripheral protection system of dry-working method ALC wall wallboard.And the paper summarizes the design,construction and technical practice of Jinan Luneng project.
