摘要
以新型建筑工业化发展目标为切入点,分析外围护体系的技术研究路线,以华建集团装配式建筑集成技术试验楼中所采用的单元式集成混凝土外挂墙板为研究对象,深度剖析外围护体系的集成设计在建筑形式、建造工艺、建构体系中的重要作用,从集成设计理念和原则出发,简述建筑工业化发展在集成设计方面产生的影响,并对基于超高性能混凝土(UHPC)设计的外围护集成体系进行性能分析,阐述外围护体系的设计与建造间的紧密关系,总结建筑外围护体系的发展策略。
Based on new building industrialization development goals as the breakthrough point,analysis of the system of technical research route,to Arcplus Group prefabricated building integration technology adopted in the test floor unit integrated concrete external wall panel as the research object,the depth of the analysis of the system integration design in architecture form,construction process,the important role of constructing system,from the principle of integrated design and construction are briefly discussed the impact of industrial development in the aspect of integrated design,and based on ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)design of peripheral integration system performance analysis,This paper expounds the close relationship between the design and construction of the building envelope system,and finally summarizes the development strategy of the building envelope system.
