以建设可持续发展为主题,分析新型建筑工业化的高质量发展所面对的问题,结合浙江宝业百年住宅试点项目的可持续设计方法与对策,介绍新型建筑工业化整体技术解决方案与装配式建筑系统集成建造方面的实践,总结了项目设计实践经验。

This paper takes the sustainable development of construction as the theme,analyzes the problems encountered by the high-quality development of new architectural industrialization.Combined with the sustainable design methods and countermeasures of Zhejiang Bao-Ye Long-Life Sustainable Housing pilot project,it introduces the comprehensive technical solutions and the prefabricated integrated design practice of project new architectural industrialization,and summarizes the practical experience of project design.
