Through an elaboration on the design of an example of a residential project in Shunyi District of Beijing,this paper summarizes the new concept of fully fabricated housing industrialization.With basic characteristics including high durability,high flexibility,separate pipeline system,etc.,this project demonstrates the ability to solute problems during building process in its unique way.
