摘要
介绍了一种粉末涂料用端羟基聚酯树脂的合成,用差热分析仪(DTA)分析了聚酯树脂的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g)),测试了树脂酸值、羟值和熔融黏度等理化指标;由聚酯树脂制成皱纹、龟纹等美术型粉末涂料,讨论了羟值和单体对羟基聚酯合成皱纹粉末涂料纹理效果的影响;讨论了不同粉末涂料配方对龟纹粉末涂料纹理效果的影响;测试了聚酯树脂粉末涂料的老化性能。研究结果表明:该聚酯具有较低的酸值和较高的玻璃化温度,制得的皱纹粉末涂料、龟纹粉末涂料纹理效果优异,平面涂层耐候性能优异。
The paper presented the synthesis of an hydroxy polyester resins used for powder coatings.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))of the polyester resin was determined by use of differential thermal analysis(DTA),the physicochemical properties,such as acid value,hydroxyl value and molten viscosity were tested.The textured powders,such as wrinkle and tortoise patterns were made from the polyester resin,and the paper discussed the impact of hydroxyl value and monomers on the texturing effect of wrinkle powder from hydroxy polyester and the influence of different powder formulations on the texturing effect of tortoise pattern powder was discussed too.The weathering performance of polyester resin-based powder coatings was tested.The results showed that the prepared polyester provided lower acid value,higher glass transition temperature,resulting in an excellent texturing effect of wrinkle and tortoise pattern,while flat coatings could provide excellent weather resistance.
