流变仪在粉末涂料研究中的应用

摘要 流变仪在高分子材料领域有广泛的应用,但流变仪在粉末涂料产品中的应用报道较少。本文利用流变仪对粉末涂料的固化过程、应用性能、产品性能等方面进行了研究,介绍了流变仪在粉末涂料产品开发过程中应用实例并进行了深入的探讨。重点研究了如何使用流变仪测定粉末涂料胶化时间,以及用流变仪对熔融开始及流平结束时间进行特性表征。并对粉末涂料产品固化过程中的黏度表征及如何使用流变仪进行干粉流动性测试进行了研究。通过对上述几个方面的研究,拓展了流变仪在粉末涂料研究中应用的思路,为其更广阔的应用前景奠定了基础。 Rheometer has been widely used in polymer materials,but the application of rheometer in powder coatings products was less reported.In this article,the curing process,application performance and product properties of powder coatings are studied by use of rheometer,and the application examples of rheometer in powder coatings product development were described and discussed,focusing on how to use rheometer to determine the gel time of powder coatings,and how to characterize the start of melting and end time of levering processes by rheometer.The viscosity characterization of powder coatings during curing process and how to use rheometer to test dry powder fluidity were studied.Through the introduction of the above aspects,the use of rheometer in powder coatings’research was expanded,which laid a foundation for its wider application prospect.
