摘要
重复刻板行为是ASD两大核心障碍之一,严重影响ASD者多项技能的发展,亟待被干预改善,已有研究证实自我管理策略能有效改善ASD者重复刻板行为。本文对国外近30年有关自我管理策略应用于ASD者重复刻板行为的实证研究进行了系统综述,归纳其在干预环境、实验设计、干预目标、干预手段及干预效果等方面的现状和特征,在此基础上为进一步强化我国自我管理策略应用于ASD者重复刻板行为的研究与实践提供启示。
Restricted repetitive behavior is one of the two core defects of individuals with ASD,which strongly affects the development of their multiple skills and needs to be improved.Studies have confirmed that self-management strategies can effectively improve the restricted repetitive behavior of individuals with ASD.This paper reviews the research on the application of self-management strategies in the restricted repetitive behavior of individuals with ASD in the past 30 years,and summarizes the situation and characteristics of the environment,experimental design,goals,methods and effects of the intervention in the hope of providing inspiration for related research and practice in China.
