“时代新人”主体意识构建研究

Study on the Construction of New Person’s Subject Consciousness in Times

构建"时代新人"主体意识是新时代人民实现全面发展、创造美好幸福生活、应对当今世界复杂局势和实现中华民族伟大复兴的现实要求。"时代新人"主体意识内在结构主要包括自主意识、主动意识和创新意识三个基本要素。为应对当前部分主体意识所面临的认知缺乏、表现滞后、创新意识不强等现实境遇,应从实际问题出发,根据主体意识包含的基本要素,通过构建"时代新人"主体意识唤醒教育机制、营造良好的网络环境、激励主体改革创新等途径构建"时代新人"主体意识,以期充分发挥"时代新人"主体意识的实践功能。

Constructing the consciousness of the new person in the new era is the realistic requirement for the people of the new era to realize the all-round development,to create a beautiful and happy life,to deal with the complex situation in the world today and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The inner structure of the consciousness of the new person in the times mainly includes three basic elements: consciousness,initiative and innovation. In order to deal with the lack of cognition,the lag of performance and the lack of innovation consciousness,we should start from the practical problems,according to the basic elements contained in the subject consciousness,construct the education mechanism of the new person’s subject consciousness,create a good network environment,encourage the subject to reform and innovate,and so on,so as to give full play to the practical function of the new person’s subject consciousness of the times.
