清代山西的养济院研究

Research on Yangjiyuan in Shanxi in Qing Dynasty

在清代,养济院在山西的各个州县几乎都有设置,专门赡养鳏、寡、孤、贫、残疾等无依无靠的百姓。清代山西的养济院已经形成了一定的规模,管理和运作逐渐走向规范化和制度化,是山西政府管理地方事务的重要机构。清代山西的养济院在政府的主导下,无偿救助社会中的弱势群体,对稳定社会秩序有重要作用,也促进了山西救助事业的发展。

In the qing dynasty,Yangjiyuan in Shanxi were set up in almost all counties and prefectures to support widowers,widows,orphans,poor and disabled people. In the qing dynasty,Yangjiyuan in Shanxi had formed a certain scale,and its management and operation gradually become standardized and institutionalized. It was an important institution to manage local affairs in Shanxi. Under the guidance of the government in qing Dynasty,Shanxi Yangjiyuan provided free assistance to the vulnerable groups in the society,which played an important role in stabilizing social order and promoting the development of shanxi’s disaster relief enterprise.
