摘要
本文通过靶向电气学科协同发展的多专多能人才柔性培养模式研究,构建人才柔性化的培养方案及电气学科“定制式专业课程群”,建立“多专多能”人才培养三引擎模型,探索导师团队制模式,从而定制工工结合的、“一专多能”型迈向“多专多能”型人才。最后文章以昆明理工大学电力工程学院电气工程专业部分学生分组培养进行分析与验证,通过这些研究,打破了固有学科领域界限,形成了体现多学科交叉融合特征的工程人才培养模式。
This paper builds a flexible training program and a customized professional curriculum group in electrical disciplines through the research on the flexible training model of multi-disciplinary and multi-functional talents that are coordinated with the development of electrical disciplines,and establishes a three-engine model of“multi-specialized and multi-functional”talent training.Explore the tutor team model and customize the multi-disciplinary talents of engineering and engineering,so as to move from“one special multi-energy”type to“multi-specialized and multi-capable”talents,and finally to the electrical engineering major of Kunming University of Science and Technology.Students take the case for analysis.Through the above research,the boundaries of the intrinsic subject areas are broken,and an engineering talent training model embodying the characteristics of multidisciplinary cross-integration is formed.
