摘要
公正、合理和有效的激励措施能够更好地激发从业人员的工作主动性、积极性和创造性。以青年档案工作者为出发点,旨在探究影响其激励措施满意度的相关因素,为档案行业的激励措施建设提供参考。同时采取线上和线下相结合的方式对25位18至35岁的青年档案工作者进行开放式访谈,运用扎根理论方法探索青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的影响因素,通过整合访谈材料,完成三级编码工作,结合管理学中相关激励理论,构建出青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的影响因素模型。分析结果显示,制度因素、个人因素和环境因素是影响青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的主要因素。基于以上分析,提出激励措施的制定要人性化、科学化、多样化和个性化,以此提升青年档案工作者对激励措施的满意程度。
Fair,reasonable and effective incentive measures can stimulate the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of employees.This study takes young archivists as the starting point to explore the relevant factors that affect young archivists’satisfaction for the incentive measures,so as to provide reference for the construction of incentive measures in archives industry.Meanwhile,this paper combined the online and offline methods to conduct an open interview with 25 young archivists aged 18 to 35 years old,and used grounded theory method to explore the influencing factors of young archivists'satisfaction for the incentive measures.Combining with the relevant incentive theory in management,this study constructed the influential factors model of young archivists,satisfaction for the incentive measures by integrating interview materials and completing the three-level coding research.The results show that the systematic,personal and environmental factors are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of young archivists.Based on the above analysis,it is proposed that the formulation of incentive measures should be humanized,scientific,diversified and personalized,so as to improve the satisfaction of young archivists with the incentive measures.
