极端环境下SF_(6)气体红外热成像检漏技术在GIS带电检测中的效果加强方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 SF_(6)红外成像检漏技术具有非接触式和高灵敏度的优点,然而对于某些观测环境复杂、背景干扰较多的场景,直接使用红外热成像检漏仪进行SF_(6)气体检漏往往难以取得理想效果。针对上述情况,文中基于工程实际提出并研究了两种便捷可行的检漏效果加强方法,设计并完成相关实验以对其效果提升进行定量评估。一是利用负电晕检测技术与红外成像检漏仪联合检测,通过两种方法在不同适用场景下的互补提升SF_(6)气体检漏的适用范围;二是针对特定场景,采用自加热金属板等方法改善拍摄背景和周围温度,有效提升红外成像效果。文中具有较强的工程价值和创新性,通过实验和实际场景验证了所提方法。 SF_(6)gas infrared imaging leakage detection technology has such advantages as non-contact and high sensi-tivity.However,for some scenarios with complex observation environment and more background interference,it is dif-ficult to get ideal effect for SF_(6)gas leakage detection by the direct use of the infrared thermal imaging leakage detec-tor.In view of above situation and on the basis of practical scenario,two types of convenient and feasible leakage ef-fect strengthening methods are proposed in this paper,related experiments are designed and completed with purposeof quantitatively evaluating its effectiveness improvement.Firstly,the joint detection of negative corona detectiontechnology and infrared imaging leak detector is used to improve application range of SF_(6)gas leakage detectionthrough the complementation of the two kinds of methods in different application scenarios.Secondly,for specificscenes,the self-heating metal plate is used to improve the background and surrounding temperature so to improve ef-fectively the infrared imaging effect.The method in this paper has a strong engineering value and a great innovation.And the proposed method is verified by the experiment and field scene cases.
