摘要
以自然界中来源广泛的手性氨基酸和工业化温敏材料N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为原料,采用可逆加成—断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)法,制备出系列两嵌段温敏型聚合物PN_(x)A_(y)。在金属钛盐和氨基酸配位作用下,得到单链折叠型氨基酸钛催化剂Ti^(Ⅳ)-PN_(x)A_(y)。
To obtain purity sodium esomeprazole,a series of temperature controlled polymers PN_(x)A_(y)containing thermosensitive monomer were constructed by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT)from chiral amino acid and industrial temperature sensitive material N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAAm).The corresponding catalysts were prepared by coordination of isopropyl titanate and polymers.
