宝鸡市眉县工业集中区产城融合的发展困境与对策研究

Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Industry-City Integration in Mei County Industrial Concentration Area of Baoji City

近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加速,大城市周边中小城市尤其是县域,越来越成为城市群协调发展的短板。县域工业集中区作为县域产业集聚发展、推进新型城镇化、破解城乡二元结构的重要抓手,对其产城融合发展要求、存在困境、发展策略的研究越来越紧迫。本文通过对眉县工业集中区的调研,发现其产城融合存在产城分离严重、管理各自为政、产业融合协作程度不高、设施配套不足等核心问题。基于当前新形势下对于县域工业集中区产城融合的要求,提出眉县县域产城融合策略,以期为县域工业园区产城融合发展提供经验借鉴。

In recent years,with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,small and medium-sized cities around big cities,especially counties,have become the short plank of the coordinated development of urban agglomeration.As an important starting point to promote the new urbanization and solve the dual structure of urban and rural areas,it is more and more urgent to study the requirements,difficulties and development strategies of the integration of industry and city.Through the investigation of the industrial concentration area in Mei County County,this paper finds out that there are some core problems in the integration of industry and city,such as serious separation of industry and city,separate management,low degree of industrial integration and cooperation,and insufficient facilities.Based on the requirements for the integration of industry and city in the county industrial concentration area under the current new situation,this paper puts forward the strategy of industry-city integration in Mei County,aiming to provide reference for the development of industry-city integration of industrial parks in the county.
