济南市新旧动能转换先行区规划设计研究--以崔寨安置一区安置项目修建性详细规划为例

The Analysis of Jinan City Prior Zone For Replacing Old Growth Drivers With New Ones--A Case of Cui Zhai No.1 Resettlement Area Construction Detailed Planning

随着全国各地城市的不断快速发展,我国城市经济正处在新旧动能转换的进程中,而城市规划设计在这个进程中扮演着重要角色。济南市新旧动能转化试验区是国家新旧动能转化综合实验区的先行者。新旧动能转换作为城市发展的一个历史性里程碑,是城市改革和发展的一个世纪计划,引起了社会各界的高度重视。因此,在济南市新旧动能转换先行区内,仔细研究建筑设计项目对于未来城市的发展是有启发性的。基于此,本文以济南市新旧动能转换先行区崔寨安置一区安置项目设计为例,分析在国家及山东省相关战略背景下,新旧动能转换的定义及城市规划设计策略,并且介绍了项目具体的设计内容,提出相应建议和结论以供参考。

With the rapid development of cities all over the country,China’s urban economy is in the process of changing the old into the new,and urban planning and design plays an important role in this process.Jinan City old and new kinetic energy conversion experimental area is the national old and new kinetic energy conversion comprehensive experimental area of the pioneers,Pioneers and pioneers.As a historic milestone of urban development,the conversion of old and new kinetic energy is a century plan of urban reform and development,which has attracted great attention from all walks of life.Therefore,the study of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in the pilot area of Jinan City has good reference value,the study can also bring inspiration for the future new and old kinetic energy conversion.Based on this,this paper analyzes the definition of new and old kinetic energy conversion and the urban planning and design strategy under the national and Shandong Province related strategic background,taking the project design of Cuizhai resettlement area in new and old kinetic energy conversion pilot area in Jinan as an example.And introduced the concrete design content of the project,put forward the corresponding suggestion and conclusion for discussion.
