PDCA循环是一种时间性极广泛的管理手段,将PDCA循环应用到路桥建设项目的各个环节中,能够通过各个环节之间的相互联系,层层递进,在施工过程及时发现存在的问题并及时改进,有利于公路桥梁施工项目的质量管理的严格管控。基于此,本文对PDCA循环在公路桥梁施工质量管理中的实践应用展开了相应的讨论,希望能够给公路桥梁施工人员的日后工作提供参考。

PDCA cycle is a kind of time-extensive management method.It can be applied to every link of highway and bridge construction projects to identify the quality issues of construction projects can be identified and make improvements in a timely manner through the mutual and progressive relations between links,which is is conducive to the strict control of the quality management of highway and bridge construction projects.On this basis,this paper discusses the application of PDCA cycle in highway and bridge construction quality management,hoping to provide reference for highway and bridge construction workers in the future.
