摘要 坪上煤业矿井瓦斯治理以抽采为主,风排为辅,井上、下立体式联合抽采的瓦斯综合治理模式。本文建立了综采工作面、采空区和上隅角瓦斯抽采方法,提出了掘进工作面穿层瓦斯治理和掘进工作面区段递进孔瓦斯治理措施,实现了矿井安全高效开采;在瓦斯防控过程中注重人防、物防、技防等多种管理方式和抽采技能措施,通过建立技术管理团队,落实安全生产责任,不断完善管理机制,提升了矿工技能和业务水平。 A comprehensive gas control model with surface-underground three-dimensional joint gas drainage was dominated by extraction and supplemented by ventilation in Pingshang Mine.The study established the gas drainage model for fully mechanized working faces,goafs,and upper corners and proposed gas control measures for driving through layers and progressive holes in driving face,which realized the safe and efficient mining in mines.In the process of the gas control,a variety of management methods were utilized,such as human,material,and technical prevention,as well as drainage technical measures.In addition,the skills of miners have been improved through the establishment of a technical management team,the implementation of safety production responsibilities,and the continuous improvement of management mechanism.
