摘要 为解决掘进工作面投入装备多、故障率高、运行成本高等问题,结合矿井掘进工作面装置实际情况,提出采用“开关组合化、溜子皮带化、控制集中化”(简称“三化”)等措施优化改造工作面装备的技术思路,设计了具体改造措施,并对其技术和经济的合理性进行分析。实践证明,改造后的掘进工作面装备可满足工作面开关高度集成,设备配套更趋合理,设备控制达到减人提效的要求,实现了掘进工作面装备优化配置、运行可靠及安全高效的目标。 In order to solve some problems of driving face,including excessive investment in equipment,high failure rate,and high operating cost,combined with the actual situation of the driving face,a technical solution,“switch combination,chute belting,and control centralization”(referred to as“three-optimization”)to optimize the equipment,was proposed.In addition,the study designed specific reform measures and conducted a rational analysis on its technology and economy.The results show that the optimized equipment could meet the requirements,including the highly integrated switch,more reasonable equipment matching,equipment control,reducing personnel and improving efficiency,which could realize the optimized configuration of equipment,reliable operation,safety and efficiency of the driving face.
