摘要
针对原相煤矿近距离煤层的赋存条件,综合分析采掘衔接和瓦斯治理等因素,提出两层煤联合开采方案,其中上部02^(#)煤层工作面采用“两条本煤层巷道+一条下邻近层巷道”的布置方式。这种“一面三巷”的布置方式配合沿空留巷技术能够实现工作面Y型通风,解决上隅角瓦斯治理难题,且下邻近层巷道能够实现一巷多用,降低掘进量,保证矿井的生产接续。该技术在10209工作面应用后,取得了明显的效果,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。
Aiming at the occurrence of close-distance coal seams in Yuanxiang Mine,based on the comprehensive factor analysis factors,such as the connection of mining and excavation and gas control,this paper proposes the combined mining of two coal seams.For the upper No.2 coal seam,the layout of“two roadways from the layer plus one roadway from the lower layer”was adopted.This“one working face three roadways”layout with gob-side entry retaining could achieve Y-typed ventilation in the working face and solve the difficult gas management in the upper corner.Moreover,in the lower adjacent layer,the roadway can be used for multiple purposes to reduce excavation and ensure the continuous production.With the obvious effect on No.10209 working face,it guaranteed the safe production for the mine.
